A Little About Me
I started my journey in financial services seven years ago through an apprenticeship and have been building my knowledge and experience ever since. I’m now CII-qualified in mortgages and protection and work full time as a mortgage and protection adviser, supporting my clients from first conversation through to completion and beyond.
Having spent several years in hands-on roles earlier in my career, I have a strong grounding in both the technical side of mortgages and the real-life decisions people are making along the way. That experience means I’m able to spot potential issues early, keep things organised, and guide clients through the process with clarity and confidence.
I’ve always enjoyed working with people, and I take real pride in my communication skills and attention to detail. Trust and empathy are at the heart of how I work, and I focus on making sure my clients feel informed, supported, and comfortable at every stage of their mortgage journey.
I’m based in Bracknell, Berkshire, and also spend one day a week in our Bournemouth office, working with clients across the UK both in person and online.
Who I Work With
I work directly with clients, supporting a wide range of mortgage and protection needs—from first-time buyers taking their first steps onto the property ladder, to homeowners reviewing their mortgage or putting protection in place for peace of mind.
I manage cases from start to finish, working closely with clients and lenders to keep everything moving smoothly. My earlier experience behind the scenes means I have a clear understanding of the full mortgage journey, which helps me anticipate what’s needed and keep the process as straightforward as possible.
My Mortgage Superpower
If I had to pick a mortgage superpower, it would be communication. I’m all about keeping things clear, calm, and well organised—making sure clients understand their options and feel confident in the decisions they’re making.
I know how important it is to feel supported during big life moments, and I take real care to explain the “why” as well as the “what.” My aim is always to make the mortgage process feel less daunting and a lot more manageable.
Me Outside Delta
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending time with friends. Whether I’m playing badminton, heading to the gym, or going out for dinners, these moments help me stay balanced and motivated.
I also love exploring new places, whether that’s a weekend trip somewhere new, going abroad, or just discovering a great local spot I haven’t tried before. I’m always up for a good catch-up, a nice meal, or something active that gets me moving. Life outside work is all about enjoying the little things, staying connected with people, and making space to recharge.
