A Little About Me
I started my journey in financial services seven years ago through an apprenticeship and have been building my knowledge and experience ever since. I’m now CII-qualified in mortgages and protection, and I currently support the advisory team while I prepare to take on my first clients. Being in a hands-on role has given me a great grounding in both the technical side of the job and the day-to-day realities of helping people through big financial decisions.
I’ve always enjoyed working with people, and I take real pride in my communication skills and attention to detail. I believe trust and empathy are key to what we do, and I try to bring that into every part of my work—making sure things run smoothly for both clients and colleagues.
I’m based in Bracknell, Berkshire, and also spend one day a week in our Bournemouth office, mainly supporting clients and the wider team online.
Who I Work With
Right now, I support our advisers by helping to prepare and manage cases across a range of clients—from first-time buyers to those looking at protection options. I work closely with both the team and our clients, which has given me a clear understanding of the full journey. It’s been a great way to build confidence and skills whilst stepping into the adviser role myself.
My Mortgage Superpower
If I had to pick a superpower, it would be communication. I’m all about keeping things clear, calm, and well-organised—whether I’m working directly with clients or supporting behind the scenes. I know how much it means to feel supported and understood during important life moments, and I do everything I can to make that experience a positive one.
Me Outside Delta
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending time with friends. Whether I’m playing badminton, heading to the gym, or going out for dinners, these moments help me stay balanced and motivated.
I also love exploring new places, whether that’s a weekend trip somewhere new, going abroad, or just discovering a great local spot I haven’t tried before. I’m always up for a good catch-up, a nice meal, or something active that gets me moving. Life outside work is all about enjoying the little things, staying connected with people, and making space to recharge.
