A Little About Me
I enjoy making the impossible happen. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone secure a mortgage they never thought was within reach. My favourite clients are often the ones who come to me thinking it’s a long shot—and I love proving them wrong. I pride myself on being a knowledgeable, approachable adviser who keeps things simple, honest, and down-to-earth.
I’m based in sunny Cornwall and work with clients locally and across the UK. Whether you’re navigating protection options or buying your first home, my goal is to make the process as smooth (and stress-free) as possible.
Outside of work, I’m a competitive runner, gym-goer, and cocktail enthusiast. When the weekend rolls around, you’ll usually find me out and about with my partner and our two children—making the most of family time and fresh air.
Who I Work With
I help a wide range of clients from first time buyers, to those looking to remortgage. From Cornwall to anywhere in the UK, my advice is always tailored to you and your goals—because no two mortgage journeys are the same.
My Mortgage Superpowers
First-Time Buyers: Buying your first home can feel like a huge step, and I love being the person clients can lean on throughout the journey. I’ll guide you through every stage with clear, honest advice and make sure you feel supported from our first chat right through to getting your keys.
Home Movers: Moving home should be exciting—not stressful. I’ll take care of the details so you can focus on finding your next perfect place, helping to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Adverse Credit: I’m passionate about helping clients who feel their options are limited. With the right guidance and a bit of determination, what once felt impossible can often be achieved—and I’m here to help make that happen.
Me Outside Delta
Outside of Delta, you’ll usually find me lacing up my trainers for a coastal or trail run, or in the gym before most people are awake—it’s the best start to the day, if you ask me. I’ve got a young family, so weekends tend to be spent exploring National Trust parks, fuelled by coffee, cake, and hopefully a bit of sunshine. I believe that balance, energy, and enjoying life’s simple moments are key to staying motivated and bringing your best self to everything you do.

"Maddie has been absolutely brilliant. She took the time to explain everything clearly – especially the bits that were a little tricky to get my head around – and made sure I fully understood each step. My case was a little more complex than usual, but she still went out of her and found me the best deal. Maddie is always super quick to reply to any questions, and she's genuinely so easy to chat with. I’d highly recommend her to anyone! Thanks again Maddie!"
Your property could be at risk if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage, or any debt secured on it.
