With 10 years of experience in mortgage administration, alongside time spent working as an adviser, I bring extensive knowledge and insight to my role.
I love learning new things and talking to people, and I approach every situation with understanding and empathy.
Who I Work With
As part of the administration team, I help deliver an efficient, organised service to our clients from start to finish. I work closely with our mortgage advisers and liaise with lenders, solicitors and other third parties to keep everything moving smoothly.
My experience gives me the confidence and insight to communicate clearly with everyone involved, ensuring nothing is overlooked. Above all, my goal is to support our clients and make the entire process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

I love long dog walks and spending time in nature. I’m an avid birdwatcher and have already earmarked twitching as my retirement hobby.
When I’m not working, I enjoy travelling and discovering wildlife around the world. To unwind, you’ll usually find me with a good book or at the cinema. I also enjoy watching sport, although that’s not always quite as relaxing as it sounds.
