A Little About Me
I enjoy dealing with people and assisting them in a swift and efficient manner, along with getting to know people along the way. I am based in West Yorkshire in my hometown of Halifax, but I have lived in London and the Caribbean in my career thus far prior to mortgage advice. I enjoy the speed and nature of this industry, which continues to go from strength to strength as banks continue to outsource their operating model. In my spare time, I love the great outdoors, cooking, spending time with family and a variety of sports from a supporters perspective.
Who I Work With
I work with a range of clients whether that be from the first-time buyer angle through to more complex borrowers along with portfolio landlords. I also soon hope to be qualified to market the equity release product which I have experience in albeit from a Corporate Banking lens. I look to provide the best solution to clients at all times, each solution bespoke in nature to the needs of the client.
My Mortgage Superpowers
First-Time Buyer Mortgages: The concept of buying your first home from my own experience can be daunting, so I am here to ease some of the burden for you.
Self-Employed Mortgages: I work as creatively as possible to work towards getting you a solution as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Remortgaging: Applying the same ethos as to any product offered, this is an area which I am keen to assist with on a consistent and reliable basis.
Me Outside Delta
I love being outside in the fresh air, whether that is in the UK or otherwise and typically this involves hiking then a suitable re-fuelling after. I enjoy the gym, socialising and watching my football team lose on a regular basis. I am also a keen darts enthusiast, which often takes people by surprise but this is something I have followed and played now for over three decades. I enjoy reading and learning about new things, particularly things which are science or technology based and from time to time I also enjoy live music.

Your property could be at risk if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage, or any debt secured on it.
