A Little About Me
I started my career in financial services after moving from Surrey to Bournemouth at the grand old age of twenty-one and needing a job. I began working in a building society head office, supporting both financial services and mortgage advisers across the branch network. Over more than twelve years, I took on a variety of roles—from managing an in-house protection team to organising company events.
After having my daughter, I took some time away from the industry, but it found me again when I joined a senior financial advice practice, where I spent eight years and eventually became Practice Manager.
I absolutely love talking to people—getting to know them, understanding what makes them tick, and helping them feel at ease. I genuinely believe that with teamwork and great communication, there’s very little that can’t be achieved.
Who I Work With
I love my role at Delta because it’s extremely varied, allowing me to work closely with all parts of the business and contribute to delivering outstanding client service.
I also lead the Mortgage Administration team, ensuring we provide high-quality support to both advisers and clients for a smooth, efficient experience throughout the mortgage process. No task is too big or too small.

Me Outside Delta
When I’m not spinning plates at work, I’m usually spinning them at home. My main job outside the office seems to be playing taxi driver to my teenage daughter, and when I’m not doing that, I’m spending time with friends and family, reading a good book, or heading out on a dog walk with Parker, my miniature sausage dog.
I’m an avid lover of the beach—most of my Instagram photos are sea and sand—and when I find the time, I enjoy paddleboarding, with the occasional cold-water dip. I also love being creative and dabbling in a bit of painting, although my masterpieces are unlikely to make it into any art galleries anytime soon!
