Delta Mortgages, the genuinely independent mortgage and protection brokerage, has moved into a larger headquarters at Venaspace, Wilson House, 2 Lorne Park Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH1 1JN, after doubling in size in just over six months since launch.
Delta Mortgages launched following the merger of BWM Mortgages and Heritage Mortgages, bringing two respected Dorset advisory businesses together under one independent brand, with a more human approach.
The business started with a team of 14 mortgage brokers and three support team members and has now grown to 28 mortgage brokers and seven support team members, reflecting strong demand from clients and experienced advisers seeking a modern, friendly, jargon-free experience.
Delta Mortgages is wholly independent and whole-of-market, offering clients a full service and access to a wide range of lenders and options. Alongside residential mortgages, the firm supports more complex and specialist lending cases, including bridging loans, property development finance and commercial property mortgages.
Luke Atkinson, Managing Director at Delta Mortgages, said:
“We’re delighted with the growth we’ve achieved in such a short space of time. The new vibrant branding and bringing the business together under one name have captured the imagination of clients who want something different from their mortgage broker.
“People do not just want a mortgage product. They want a friendly, jargon-free connection and clear guidance, especially in a complex economic climate. That’s what we’ve built Delta Mortgages around, and the feedback we’ve had from clients has been phenomenal.”
Delta Mortgages has also continued to attract experienced mortgage and protection brokers from across the UK, with advisers joining in Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Brighton, Southampton, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Essex, East Sussex, West Yorkshire, London, Cornwall, Devon, Hampshire, Cheshire, Surrey, and, of course, Dorset, where the firm’s headquarters remains.
Luke Atkinson added:
“What’s really exciting us is the quality and experience of mortgage advisers who want to join us. We’ve had mortgage brokers reaching out from far and wide who want to work alongside a team that’s ambitious, supportive, and genuinely independent.
“And it’s not only about growth in numbers. It’s about growing our capability, too. We’ve built real knowledge and expertise that can handle bigger, more complex cases, including commercial mortgages, property development finance and bridging loans. That experience makes a huge difference when the stakes and the timelines are higher.”
The move to a larger HQ in central Bournemouth gives Delta Mortgages the space to grow its team further and continue expanding its client service and specialist lending support.
Atkinson continued:
“Like many towns and cities, Bournemouth has its challenges. But it’s also thriving in many ways. We’re delighted to be doubling down in the region. This move to Venaspace gives us the room we need and keeps us right at the heart of where we’re building something special.”
Laura Massias, Community Manager at Venaspace, said:
“We’re delighted to welcome Delta Mortgages to Venaspace at Wilson House. They’ve settled right in, and it’s been a pleasure supporting the team as they move into their new home.
“We pride ourselves on creating a space that feels like a home away from home, and we’re looking forward to being part of Delta’s next chapter as they continue to grow.”
As a whole-of-market mortgage broker, Delta Mortgages offers access to over 100 lenders and 14,000 mortgage products, alongside a fully independent and transparent approach to advice. Initial consultations are free and come with no obligation or credit impact—just an open conversation, led by people who understand mortgages inside and out.
