
A Little About Me
I’m Lee, Head of Marketing here at Delta Mortgages. I help shape the way our story is told—from the big brand moments right down to the smallest details. With over 20 years of experience in legal and professional services marketing, I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and what makes people tune in (and switch off).
My role is to make sure that our marketing isn't just good looking—it works hard, is human, relatable, and reflects the heart of Delta: expert mortgage advice with personality. I'm here to make the complex feel clear and the serious stuff feel a little less scary.
Who I Work With
I work closely with our leadership team, brokers, and client services teams to ensure everything we say and do connects with the people who matter most—our clients.
Whether it's supporting service delivery or strengthening the Delta brand from the inside out, I make sure we’re building trust, attracting the right people, and staying one step ahead.
In other words: if it shapes how Delta comes across in the world, I’m probably involved (or quietly tweaking it behind the scenes).
My Superpowers
I’m not a mortgage broker—and that’s my secret weapon. It means I get to ask the so-called “obvious” questions (the ones most people are secretly thinking), and then make sure our answers are clear, jargon-free, and genuinely useful.
Translating mortgage-speak into real people speak.

Spotting the gap between what we mean and what people hear—and bridging it.

Me Outside Delta
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me running around after my young family, watching football (or coaching it), and grabbing time by, on or in the sea. I’m also partial to mountain biking and scuba diving—not at the same time, though I’m sure that would make for a decent story.
I believe that great brands—like great teams—are built on trust, personality, and a shared sense of purpose. And yes, a strong cuppa helps too.
