A Little About Me
Hi, I’m Jess and I’m the Marketing Coordinator at Delta Mortgages.
What I enjoy most about marketing is how it brings together creativity and analysis. I like being able to use both sides of my brain, whether that’s designing something visual or looking at what’s working and how to improve it.
Working with Delta gives me the chance to be creative with a brand that has real personality. I enjoy helping to shape how we present ourselves, developing ideas that feel genuine, and making sure everything we put out looks consistent and well thought through.
Who I Work With
I work closely with our directors and Lee to keep everything we create on brand and consistent. I design internal and external materials, create and update presentation decks, support digital content and campaigns, and help with events and wider marketing projects across the business.
It’s a mix of creative and practical work that supports both the team and the brand, making sure everything we put out looks professional and feels true to Delta.

Helping to simplify a topic that can feel complex or intimidating. Mortgages can seem overwhelming, so I focus on creating clear, easy-to-understand messaging that breaks everything down for people.
Spreading the fun, happy, and supportive side of Delta’s brand. It’s such a people-first company, and I love helping to show that through everything we share.
Me Outside Delta
Outside of work, I’m a competitive bikini bodybuilder and recently completed my first full season—earning my pro card in one federation and international invites to represent Team GB in others.
When I’m not training, I love slowing down with things that feel calm and creative—like painting, reading, baking, and spending time with my family, boyfriend, and friends.
