I found my way into the mortgage industry almost by accident. After university, while waiting to join Hampshire Constabulary, I took what I thought would be a temporary role—the highest-paid one I could find at the job centre! That role was with Woolwich, and I quickly discovered a natural talent for helping people, simplifying complex scenarios, and making things easy to understand.
Before I knew it, I was one of the top advisers in the country and realised I’d found my calling. I genuinely enjoy guiding clients through what can often be a stressful process, breaking everything down into clear, straightforward steps.
