I specialise in helping clients who may feel uncertain about the mortgage process or find navigating the mortgage market challenging. I take pride in simplifying complex scenarios, providing clear, straightforward solutions, and ensuring my clients fully understand every step of their mortgage journey. Beyond securing the right mortgage, I remain committed to supporting my clients throughout their entire mortgage term.

My approach is to break everything down into simple, manageable stages, ensuring my clients are fully informed at every step of the journey. I encourage questions and open discussions so that my clients feel confident and well-equipped with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.
Buy-to-Let Mortgages: I specialise in buy-to-let mortgages, whether for individuals or limited companies, and actively manage portfolios for my clients. I proactively reach out five months before any special rate expires, ensuring my clients secure the most competitive rates available across their entire portfolio. My goal is to provide seamless, ongoing support, maximizing efficiency and cost savings for every investment.
Remortgaging: I conduct a comprehensive financial review for my clients as their fixed rate approaches its end. This includes evaluating their existing lender's offer against the wider market to ensure they secure the most cost-effective and beneficial option. My priority is always finding the best solution tailored to my clients' needs.
Adverse / Bad Credit: For clients who have experienced bad credit, I thoroughly assess the market to find the best possible mortgage solution. In most cases, I can secure a mortgage with a high street lender, avoiding the need for specialist options. My in-depth knowledge of lender criteria allows me to navigate the process effectively—treating it like a puzzle to solve—while always ensuring my clients get the most cost-effective option available.
Me Outside Delta
Outside of work, I’m a proud father of two daughters who keep me on my toes. I’m also an active person with over 20 years of experience in Muay Thai and MMA, a passion for surfing, and—despite the ups and downs—a dedicated Spurs fan!
