A Little About Me
I thoroughly enjoy the organising aspect of my administrator role, whether that’s chasing anybody who is involved in the process or taking charge of organising files, data and documentation. I love talking to people, so this role is great for me as a big part of my job is picking up the phone.
Who I Work With
As an administrator I tend to primarily work alongside most of the people who are involved in the mortgage application whether that’s the lender, conveyancer, client or the broker who owns the case.
My Mortgage Superpowers
I’m a details person through and through, which comes in handy when managing everything from documents and data to lender portals and deadlines. I get a real sense of satisfaction from keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes—whether it’s submitting applications, chasing outstanding items, or making sure every file is just as it should be.
I also enjoy being the friendly point of contact for clients and colleagues alike. Whether I’m updating someone on their case, solving a last-minute issue, or keeping a transaction moving despite a tight timeline, I stay calm under pressure and focused on solutions. It’s a busy role, but one that plays to my strengths—and I love knowing I’ve made someone’s day that bit easier.
